Other Personal Data Controller

The information you provide when purchasing on our website, such as card number, social security number and amount, is sent to payment services, such as Klarna or PayPal, which are used by us for secure card payments for the authorization of the amount that will be debited to your card upon payment.

What data is collected

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us and for updating them as necessary. You update your information via your Account or in contact with the website's customer service.
Your login information, ie. username and password must be kept safe so that no unauthorized person can access them. If you suspect that any unauthorized person has access to your credentials, you are required to notify Z-Profile as soon as possible. Any damage caused by unauthorized use of your login information is your responsibility.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain an extract of the personal data we process about you, as well as information about how we treat them, provided that you can prove your identity.

You also have the right to request the correction or completion of the personal information we are processing about you. Meanwhile, we verify that the information is correct, you can request that your personal data be processed, which means that they can only be stored by us until further notice. In case you have agreed to a treatment, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. If you revoke a consent and we have no other legal reason to support us, the relevant processing of your personal information will expire, without affecting the legality of the treatment already performed.
All requests must be made in writing and submitted to Z-Profil at Fraktvägen 2 in Umeå or mailed from the email address you have registered with us at info@z-profil.se or the current website's e-mail address.
If you believe that our processing of your personal information is illegal or incorrect, you have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Authority.
